Subject	Fuel pressure regulator install help anyone in mass?

Message	for the life of me I can't get either of the lines off. Tried every tool but 20 years to stick is a long time. Does anyone replace all the lines when replacing the regulator? I'm not even sure I have hesitation really, occasion hiccup when decelerating then barely touching the gas it bucks a little on slight throttle. But have a new one and thought it couldn't hurt. If anyone has done this and lives in massachusetts, I'd come to you and toss a few bucks to the repair and upkeep fund. Thanks scott 92TT
